I make both Furry and human models ( please note that I will work on my style for human models, not anime style)

You MUST provide a character design or reference sheet, a simple drawing/reference is enough; however, I DO NOT work with moodboards or similar things as references.

Turn around time is about 5 - 7 weeks max once first payment is done.

Express commission takes 2 weeks (14 days) and has an additional cost of $400 USD

In the case that permission is given to livestream working on your commission, there is a possibility that I will test the movement of your model with tracking software on stream.

Canvas size will normally be around 4000x8000 pixels for Model Art. Texture size will be 4096x4096 but can be adjusted smaller if necessary.

Commission Application taken via Google Forms; in the week following the closing of the applications, I will be contacting those whose applications were accepted

Progress videos and pictures will be sent to the client, adjustments are made according to feedback.

Once Model artwork is finished, accepted and the rigging processed has begun, I will NOT go back to editing the artwork/ Art model.

If there any any small adjustments desired by the client after trying out the model, these points will be fixed and I will send a new version of the files.

If tracking settings need any adjustments, assistance will be provided to the client.

If the client desires to add any extras later on, we can discuss them.

Prices are in USD

Invoices will be made and sent via PayPal. Payments will only be accepted through PayPal. (could be discussed in some cases).

I do not offer refunds after the complete artwork is done. Refunds are not possible unless initiated by the Artist.

If for any unforeseen reason I cannot complete the Work or the Work is significantly delayed by 3 weeks past deadline, I will take initiative to inform you and provide a partial or full refund.

Individual slots will not be taken until I completely finish discussing the details with the client and receive payment.

Complete payment upfront is preferred.

Payment can be split up by part (Art and/or Rigging) but must be paid upfront before I begin to work on the part of the project. ( in these cases, I will take 50% of the total commission cost as the art, and the other 50% as rigging).

When invoice or payment link is received, the Client agrees to pay within 72 hours unless circumstances are communicated otherwise in advance, or the project/waitlist position may be canceled by the Artist.

I retain original copyright and ownership of the Work, which includes but may not be limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the Work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.

Clients may not claim Work as their own or anyone else’s and therefore must credit me as the Artist using my social tag/username/link (@moondara_art)

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned art and or rig for NFT’s (Non Fungible Tokens) or any blockchain purposes.

The process will likely be posted i.e. on Twitter, Tiktok and/or streamed on Twitch/Tiktok unless Clients request otherwise before the project begins.

Clients may not at any time modify, edit, change the Work without permission from the Artist.
